Spring weather can be sneakyâbecause itâs cooler than summer, many people donât feel as thirsty and accidentally drink less water. But between seasonal allergies, more time outdoors, and increased activity, your body can still get dehydrated faster than you think.

A great daily goal is about half your body weight in ounces of water
(Example: 160 lbs â ~80 oz/day)
If youâre walking more, working out outside, or spending more time in the sun, consider adding electrolytes once per day to support hydration, energy, and muscle function.
