- optimizing nutrition, having a clear meal plan in place, utilizing different strategies like carb cycling & protocols specific to her symptoms/needs.
- consistent training, she lifts weights & focuses on low impact movement (walking & low intensity steady state cardio)
- learning to navigate lots of traveling, events, and outings - not with perfection but with being proactive, planning, strategizing with me, and no matter how it went, coming back and getting right back into things.
