We are so excited to welcome Melissa Britton, CPNP, to Harper House Wellness!
Melissa is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both acute and integrative care. She spent 10 years in the ER before becoming an NP, then worked in palliative care at Cook Children’s—an experience that shaped her deeply compassionate, family-centered approach.
She later transitioned into integrative pediatrics at Natural Choice Pediatrics and Whole Life Authentic Care, where she was mentored in a root-cause, functional medicine approach to caring for children.
Melissa has pursued advanced training in functional and integrative medicine and is also trained in homeopathy. She offers a thoughtful blend of conventional and holistic care, with options for advanced testing to better understand each child’s health. Through this training, she is able to offer a comprehensive, root-cause approach that may include micronutrient panels, stool analysis, OATs, toxin burden assessments, and genomics—allowing for deeper insight into each child’s health.
She truly thrives in that “sweet spot” of medicine—partnering with families to create meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Outside of work, she’s a wife and mom of three and loves cheering on her kids and tackling DIY projects.
✨ Now accepting new pediatric patients (newborn–18 years) starting in May for sick visits, integrative wellness visits, and functional medicine consults!
Please help us give Melissa a warm Harper House welcome 💛
