Ain’t no such thing as TMI round these parts, partna.

As a pelvic floor expert, I gotta know ALL the deets about all the systems that the pelvic floor interacts with— urinary, bowel, $exu@l, musculoskeletal, etc, etc, etc. 📋

I do be nosey but that’s bc to get to the root of the problem, I gotta know. So all of those “I’m not sure if this matters or not” thoughts, go head and spill it.🫖

Your best advocate is yourself.

Ask the questions. Ask why they will/will not do a test or run a certain lab. Ask the risks of doing/not doing what they are recommending. Get all of the information. 👏🏻

This can all be done in a respectful collaborative way. You can gather information to make informed decisions without disrespecting your doctor’s experience and knowledge while also advocating for your needs and concerns.

And the good doctors won’t be offended, they will answer with “great question….”
