Our Fireball❤️
We mourn the passing of one of our own.
She was the one welcoming you to join.
She would say “do you need a pop? (Coke)”
“Hey guys (young attendants) you missed some dust on the very top” 😂
She was known for her phone beeping to remind her of a certain responsibility or duty.
Our DJ was always on her game and our red headed beauty.
Everything about her represented discipline and she inspired others to be better.
She picked up all of our pieces letter by letter.
She was chosen to demonstrate the ultimate power of faith and trust in God.
She faced many obstacles, but stood tall without even a nod.
Our Fireball left a legacy at Total Fitness that will never be forgotten or replaced.
She represented Grace in that beautiful Face.

This February, Russell Medical is offering three heart screenings to help our community take a proactive step toward better heart health.

These screenings are designed to provide valuable insight into your heart health often before symptoms appear and are available throughout the month of February.

February Heart Screenings Include:
• Calcium Score Heart Scan
• Stroke Prevention Ultrasound
• Echocardiogram

Screenings are offered at a cash-pay rate, providing a convenient option for patients who want to complete important tests without needing a referral or insurance approval.
