Spent an amazing week in Toronto with a fabulous group of women continuing to advance our CST training, refining how we assess and support babies in a gentle, nervous system-focused way.

Craniosacral work can help babies who are experiencing tension or challenges with feeding, digestion, sleep, head shape, tongue ties, developmental delays or overall regulation. The work is subtle, but the impact can be powerful!🤍

I’m always committed to deepening my skills so I can better support both babies and their families with intentional body-based care and hands on support.

October 15th is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day

A day that so many of us wish we didn’t need.
But one that means everything to those who’ve been there.

The babies we carried but never got to meet.
The ones we held but had to say goodbye to.
The moments we dreamed of that never came.

It’s a grief that never really leaves.
It just becomes quieter over time.
It shows up in the still moments,
in the “what ifs,”
in the love that still lingers.

If today is heavy for you, I see you.
You’re not alone in this.
Your baby mattered. Your love still lives.

At 7 p.m local time people all around the world will light candles
a wave of light across the darkness
for every little soul we’ll never forget.🕯️

What an exhilarating day yesterday as I supported my birth clients as they welcomed their baby boy, and just 3 doors down and 5 hours later, my postpartum clients welcomed their baby girl! Welcome to baby Loch and baby Ksenia! 💗💙

Body Ready Method® is a revolutionary training exclusively for birth pros who are ready to make a difference with every client or patient they work with!

I am honored to join them as a group leader and support the learning and success of the training participants!

BRM®’s flagship training program teaches how to apply its method from pregnancy, to and through birth and beyond. BRM® is for anyone who works with (or wants to work with!) perinatal, birthing or postnatal folks. PTs, OTs, doulas, body workers, nurses, midwives, chiropractors, fitness professionals, yoga teachers, childbirth educators, Ob-Gyns, and any other birth professional are welcome to join us in shifting the paradigm of prenatal prep and birth care.

Participants have joined the training at the beginning of their careers and some after decades of experience. There is a place for everyone in the BRM® community and I can't wait to support participants in their journey. Will you join us?

We will not only learn and grow together, but through Body Ready Method® I believe we can truly transform our work and make a positive impact in the birth world!
