The CNO will collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams and other departments to assure that hospital goals are strategically aligned.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with proven leadership, great communication skills, knowledge of TJC rules and regulations, and the ability to be hands on and lead by example.
