As a new member of the Hardtner Medical Center family, Dr. Stokes is now able to see patients with Medicaid insurance. Patients have come from all over the region to receive the high level of care and thorough evaluation that she and her team have been offering at CLMPC for years. She is there once a week and is accepting new patients.

Our electronic medical record service is down due to the Amazon Web Service Outage.

If you have sent a prescription refill request through the patient portal, please call our office at 545-7255 since we cannot receive these messages at this time. If your controlled substance is due for a refill, you will need to come by the office to pick up a hard script.

Please welcome Dr. Lakyn Boone to our clinic. She completed her internship at the VA Medical Center in Pineville, LA and received her Ph.D. in counseling psychology from Louisiana Tech. She will be seeing children, adolescents, and adults for evaluation and therapy under the supervision of Dr. Stokes. We are so excited for her to join CLMPC!

🌟 We are proud to partner with the Masonic Learning Center. They have an incredible dyslexia training program, which provides interventions for children with a specific learning disability (SLD) in reading (formerly known as dyslexia).

🌟 CLMPC offers comprehensive evaluations that assess intellectual function (IQ) and academic achievement to determine if a child has a specific learning disability (SLD).

🌟 Whether a child meets criteria for an SLD in reading or not, Dr. Stokes and her team will assess for ADHD (common reason forr learning concerns) as well as offer referral resources and recommendations for further evaluation of other common causes of learning problems including Sensory Processing Disorder, Speech/Language Disorder, and/or Auditory Processing Disorder.
