My fave patient on the last slide 😍

West Coast fam came to visit me at the office during their Thanksgiving break 🥹

Having cousins in the office meant goofing off, capturing content, and of course - some dry needling and cupping to heal these new parents!!

Thanksgiving was hectic with fam in town, but I wanted to take a moment to say that I’m really thankful for my supportive family that always cheers me on, my health, my community, and the best patients ever! You all literally make my job so fun and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Did you see it? 👀

Muscle twitches are pretty common with dry needling, especially in areas with tight muscles. Calves and upper traps tend to be the most common muscles that I get a twitch response from my patients.

It can feel weird, but the muscle relief you get afterwards is worth it 😁

What’s your favorite thing about cupping?

#3 is always a surprise to me! I never realize how stiff I get until after I loosen up from cupping and realize that I definitely need to stretch and do more mobility work 😆
