Nestled on the western bank of the Potomac River just south of Washington DC, our skilled nursing facility helps ease your transition from hospital to home as you regain your strength. Alexandria offers a comprehensive continuum of specialized care including orthopedic rehab, skilled nursing, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and wound care. With full-center renovations planned for the very near future, we are proud to be Rehabbing Care™ at Alexandria Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center!
