Summer Caprese Crackers
Made by our very own Dr. Samantha Zeringue👩‍⚕️👩‍🍳

1 oz of mozzarella cheese (1/16 of a block)- cut into 4 pieces
basil leaves
fresh cut tomatoes
Low carb crackers
Balsamic vinegar glaze or Balsamic vinegar

1)Place crackers on the plate
2) Layer 1 piece of mozzarella cheese onto each cracker
3)Place a piece of the cut tomato and a basil leaf on top of the cheese
4) Top with Balsamic Glaze (or Balsamic vinegar) and Enjoy

Serving size: 4 crackers = 6 grams of protein
