Struggling with back pain that just won’t quit?

Here’s what I’ve learned after years of helping patients manage and recover from it:

✔️ Don’t skip your core work. Not just crunches — focus on deep core stability exercises that support your spine.
✔️ Take movement breaks. Prolonged sitting is one of the biggest culprits for stiffness and discomfort.
✔️ Fix your posture. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but awareness of how you sit and stand goes a long way.
✔️ Stretch what’s tight, strengthen what’s weak. Especially the hip flexors, glutes, and hamstrings.
✔️ Don’t ignore the pain. Early care prevents long-term issues.
