One of the biggest lessons I have learned as a chiro is that your body responds to what you do every day, not just what happens in the clinic. Staying in one position too long adds stress, so changing positions often matters more than chasing perfect posture. Movement variety is the real goal.

Daily movement beats intense workouts you only do once in a while. Walk, reach, turn, bend. Those small actions support your body more than you think.

Have you tried every hamstring stretch out there, but your back still hurts? 😣

Here’s why that might be happening. Your glutes aren’t firing the way they should, your core isn’t supporting your spine, or your posture is putting extra stress on your lower back. Sometimes it’s not even the muscles that are tight, it’s the nerves. And when your hips are stiff, they can pull your back right along with them.
