Crescent participated in GMUs Health and Fitness Expo this week! It was wonderful connecting with so many local groups and supportive services for the community. In the spirit of trying new things, we also sampled a jackfruit “pulled pork” sandwich…still figuring out how we felt about that….Crescent is all about growth but that sandwich tested us (aka Jess 😂 ).

Nicole’s therapeutic style integrates Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She also draws from evidence-based programs such as Seeking Safety and Invitation to Change, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s needs and goals.
Nicole is also a certified provider of MATCH-ADTC, a modular treatment for adolescents with anxiety, depression, trauma, and conduct issues. She is pursuing a certificate for Core Competency in CBT with the Fairfax Consortium of Evidence Based Practice, and loves to use expressive arts with clients.

In her free time, Nicole can often be found in art class or reading with her dog curled up beside her.
