Cogir of Old Town Alexandria is actively monitoring weather forecasts for the end of this week and early next week. The safety and well-being of our community is our highest priority. We are working closely with all of our departments including Maintenance & Facilities, Clinical, Dining, and Information Technology—to ensure continuity of essential services should extreme weather arrive. The community maintains backup power sources and emergency readiness plans. We also have made provisions to ensure our staff is safe and able to stay in place to ensure care has no interruptions.

Any updates or operational changes will be shared through social media (. FaceBook) , via email to families and residents and also through Lifeloop.
