Our Connections program is a supportive early intervention service tailored for Assisted Living residents experiencing early memory loss. In a small-group, structured setting with peers, the program encourages mental stimulation, promotes independence, and removes barriers to meaningful engagement—all while helping residents age in place without the immediate need to transition to Memory Care.
Here’s a fun moment from one of our favorite activities: See-Through Art! This calming, hands-on project invites participants to use vibrant markers and simple shapes to create cheerful window clings. It’s a lighthearted, no-pressure way to spark creativity, enjoy playful colors, and add a splash of joy to any window—no art skills required, just a smile!
