About The Instructor:

Twenty-four years ago, Judy Aw discovered her passion for climbing in Issaquah, WA. After moving to Northern Virginia in 2013, Judy found her home at Sportrock, drawn by its welcoming community and staff. In 2017, she joined our team as an instructor and later took on the exciting role of launching the Golden Heights program for climbers 55+, a project she leads with enthusiasm and pride.

We're incredibly proud to have Judy on our team and grateful for the safe, supportive space she's created with Golden Heights.

New Class Alert - The Boxing and Strength Training class for Parkinson's is growing. Beginning on Tuesday, March 18, there will now to be evening class every Tuesday from 6pm - 7pm.

This 55- minute class is a combination of boxing drills, strength training, cardiovascular work, and balance exercises. Participants work on building strength, cardiovascular endurance, better balance, coordination and agility, in a small group setting. For safety and personalization, each interested individual, must complete a free 30-minute consultation prior to joining the class.
