NextStep Homecare is proud to support our community in lifesaving ways!
We’re thrilled to have partnered in the Community AED Project, which has now deployed six publicly accessible AED / Naloxone / Stop the Bleed cabinets throughout the downtown Alexandria corridor.
These stations are designed to put critical tools—like defibrillators, opioid overdose reversal kits, and trauma care supplies—right where they’re needed, 24/7. It’s about making sure help is always within reach.
At NextStep, we believe prepared people save lives. That’s why we also offer American Heart Association CPR classes to help our community gain the knowledge and confidence to act in an emergency. https://www.nextstephomecare.org/education/
This project is a powerful example of how, together, we can build a safer, more responsive community. We're honored to be a part of it!
