I’ve been working a lot on trying to let my inner child know that I’m safe and the past can’t hurt me. ❤️

After therapy today, I wanted to show my inner child some love and let her know it’s fine (even when she doesn’t want to let me into a memory).

If you want to replicate this spell, you can do it with just a candle.

But I chose to use:
💕 a rose dressed candle
💕 a picture of myself as a child
💕 Unicorn Punch oil
💕 Quan Yin oil

Then I sent love and healing to that version of myself.

Yule reminds me that rest is not something we earn, it’s something we return to.

Today is about sitting in the quiet. Letting the world slow. Curling up with those we love, fur and all. Letting ourselves be held by warmth, presence, and simple moments of connection.

This is the longest night of the year, and it carries a gentle promise: the light will come back.

The sun will return. Growth will begin again, even if we can’t see it yet.

So if all you do today is rest, breathe, and surround yourself with love, that is enough. That is the magic of Yule. 🖤

Wishing you a peaceful Solstice and a soft turning of the Wheel.
