The February Moon Goddess Market was one for the books! 🤩

Not only did we have an amazing group of vendors but we got to have so much fun with everyone that came in! 😍

There were so many new and familiar faces that visited and we are so thankful for you!

Make sure you mark your calendars for the next one, Saturday, March 21st and tag your bestie below that you want to go with! 🥰

My morning coffee is never just coffee.

Today it was espresso + vanilla + cinnamon + oat.
Abundance. Sweetness. Momentum. Stability.

I stirred clockwise to call it in.
I sent reiki through the mug.
I spoke my business into expansion.

Magic doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like choosing your ingredients on purpose.

If you’re building something — a business, a dream, a new version of yourself — your daily rituals matter.

What you sip.
What you speak.
What you believe is possible.

Abundance isn’t chased.
It’s cultivated.

Today was a big, non business, milestone today. 🔥

When we moved to Alexandria in 2021 my health was struggling.

I was often walking with a cane.

I couldn’t walk far at all without needing a break.

If I tried to work out, my body would be hurting for a week plus.

And walking up our hill was almost impossible.

There were a lot of factors
😩 burnout from my doctoral program
😩 my Ehlers Danlos Syndrome really giving me a time
😩 my mental health needing time and attention
😩 the tragic death of a best friend
😩 trauma that had never been treated
😩 checking boxes and milestones professionally but still not feeling fulfilled (because a masters, doctorate, peer reviewed articles, and presenting internationally still wasn’t enough 🤣)

Those years, I struggled with my body (it’s honestly probably life long…)

I was frustrated with myself and my body and I knew things had to change.

All those years of being active as a child, dance, gymnastics, and my early 20’s made it hard for me to know this new me that had trouble doing anything

So after successfully defending my dissertation and earning my doctorate- I took time.

Time to decompress.

I spent hours catching up on movies, tv shows, books, and video games I missed.

I tried, and failed 🤣, cutting down my anxiety meds.

Got back into therapy, dove deeper into spirituality, and began studying energy work.

And everything began to change.

It’s been a long journey, and I’ve got lots of muscle to gain, but today I did a 3 mile walk.

And not only did I do a 3 mile walk but I climbed our crazy hill without stopping.

Without throwing up.

Without struggle.

And I’ve still been able to go about my day.

I’m thankful AF.

And I’m so dang proud of myself.

It’s never too late to bet on yourself friends.

I’m here to cheer you on! 📣
