Our approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on solving current problems and modifying unhelpful thinking and behavior patterns. We do this through a multicultural and social justice approach and lens. What that means is we take into consideration the person’s varying identities and how the systems they live in impacts them. We focus on the client in a holistic approach.
