You softened your forehead, unclenched your jaw, dropped your shoulders… Funny how we don’t realize how much tension we’re carrying until someone reminds us. ✨

A tight jaw. A heavy head. Tense shoulders. Short breaths.
It’s not “just stress”—it’s your nervous system trying to keep up.

So let this be a gentle pause. 🌼
Take a breath. Soften a little.
It’s okay to let go, even for a moment.
