So today, take a breath. 🌬️ Release the urge to control the uncontrollable. You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t need to carry it all alone. 🕊️ You are allowed to rest. To trust. To create space for what wants to arrive when you're no longer gripping so tightly. 🤲
