This past weekend, a few members of the Therapeutic Solutions Team had the incredible opportunity to attend a restorative mental health retreat focused on somatic healing techniques!

Throughout the retreat, we immersed ourselves in practices that nurtured both mind and body, including mindfulness meditation, sunrise yoga, nature hikes, and a deeply calming sound bath session. Each activity reminded us of the importance of slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves, and embracing holistic approaches to well-being.

We’re returning renewed, inspired, and excited to integrate what we’ve learned into the support we offer our community. 💚
