✨ New Schedule for 2026 ✨

As we step into 2026, I’m making a small shift to my schedule to better serve my clients.

Starting in 2026, my new hours will be:

🗓 Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🗓 Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
❌ Sunday & Monday: Closed

Sessions will continue to be 75 minutes, with a focus on Myofascial Release and integrative modalities. I’ll be limiting my schedule to 4 clients per day so each session remains intentional, unhurried, and fully present.

I’m grateful for everyone who trusts me with their care — this change allows me to show up grounded, focused, and at my best. 💛
