I do this work because it’s the best. If there was something else that worked better on chronic pain, structural imbalances, and making living in our meat suits easier I’d do that. But there’s not, so I do this.

Gah!! I’m super crushing on my new !! I am dead over how many barefoot options we have access to now. God - back when I started with SI we had those damn toe shoes and like one other brand that looked like clown shoes.

But I’m also so happy the word is getting out about the necessity of letting the foot be the foot!

Shoes should protect our feet from weather & nails - NOT RESHAPE THEM!

Anyway - I am excited so I figured I’d share. 😂😂❤️❤️
