Today is the last day to sign up for our intentional living group! It's the perfect way to stay accountable, make progress while feeling supported, plus have a 3 free yoga/barre classes per month for less than $30 per month. All levels welcome! I’m launching a monthly accountability + movement workshop series, and I’m opening 10 Founding Member spots at a one-time $349 rate.

It's 12-month accountability and goal-setting program designed to help you stay grounded, focused, and consistent.

We meet on the first Sunday of every month (2–4pm) for intention-setting, reflection, and a themed yoga/breath/movement workshop.
