Top 3 ways to deal with irritation during PMS 👸

Over 80% of all women are dealing with a premenstrual syndrome.

During this time your body is changing because of the hormones and is getting ready to get rid of all the unnecessary endometrial tissue 👩‍⚕️

You become more irritated, tired and sleepy. How to deal with it?

✔️ Eat healthy

Don’t overeat, drink less coffee. Eating healthy will help you to deal with PMS.

✔️ Sleep well

Go to bed before midnight. It’s a good habit which will help you always feel better and especially during PMS.

✔️ Go swimming

Physical exercises are good for you! Swimming is a combo 👌 Water calms you down while you are training. Swimming will result in less pain during the first few days of your period.

Your eating habits and your general feeling during period and PMS are interconnected 🥑

Here is what you should eat during these days to feel better:

✔️ Broccoli — helps with tiredness

✔️ Fish and seafood — content Omega 3 which reduces PMS symptoms and helps to deal with concentration problems

✔️ Lemon — helps with mood swings and chamomile calms you down

You should exclude coffee and alcohol as they’ll only make you more irritated ☕️

Don’t eat too much sweets, just a little bit of chocolate — it will help to cope with depression 🍫 But don’t overdo!

You wanna cry all the time? It is ok! It’s PMS! 😜 You should try Yet Wellness!

Premenstual syndrome is a disease ☝️ Symptoms of PMS are being experienced by 80% of all women on the planet.

This is because of progesterone. By the middle of a cycle your body has saved enough of it in case you’ll get pregnant.

If you are not getting pregnant, by the end of a cycle the level of progesterone dramatically decreases 👩‍⚕️

The feeling you might be experiencing is similar to what a person feels when suddenly stops taking antidepressants.

Anxiety, irritation, tiredness — all this is normal during PMS 🤷‍♀️
