✨ At 96, Rey lived independently — an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and a local advocate for Filipino veterans. But after a stroke left him with mobility and coordination challenges, even basic tasks became difficult.

✨ Meet Charity B., DNP, FNP-BC, CCRN – Patient Safety Manager at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital! Charity has been a valued team member for 12 years. Before this role, she served as a nurse practitioner on the internal medicine hospital team. She worked closely with the transplant team at Inova Schar Heart and Vascular, caring for cardiac and lung transplant patients.
