🔥Pilates Circuit Burner Sessions!!! 🔥

🔥5 x 30 min LUNCH time sessions
🔥Thursdays @ 12:45-1:15
🔥$20 per session ( Disclaimer: these 5 sessions will be purchased ahead of time so that you can claim your spot and put it on your schedule for plans/work)

I am super excited to offer these quick Pilates Burner Sessions to allow you time to workout on your lunch hour! These will be more fast paced Pilates exercises using all the Pilates equipment you are already used to as well as some standard workout moves! Spots will go quickly on this.. ALL SKILL LEVELS are welcome and I will partner you up based on experience levels!!! No worries there!

My girl Ella and her family are on a school Disney Trip! She has been seeing me for Pilates Wellness for over a year after some health setbacks that cause extreme fatigue and muscle weakness! Working alongside her favorite doctor 😝 Bridgett Foreman we have determined her specific needs and goals for recovering, continued healing and wellness!!! I am so proud of her!! Way to go Ella!!!

I secretly wanted to go as her personal assistant to catch another trip to Disney!! haha

We had a great morning supporting the LV5K in Alexandria!! Your HYPE and Hydration team had a blast! 💥 It was so amazing seeing all the familiar faces and cheering on our friends!

Special thank you to all the LeBlanc Physical Therapy and Wellness group for donating waters and helping me pass them out during the 5K! I could not have done it without yall!
