This Saturday Oct 4th is the Fall Fest Our Lady of Prompt Succor School !! 🐶💙

LeBlanc PT has donated a lovely Yeti Camino Bag in OLPS NAVY perfect for those teachers, workout enthusiasts, ball game mommas, and outdoorsmen!!

Inside you’ll find LeBlanc PT merch , Pilates gift card, koozies and yoga mat! The bag is decorated with a fashionable chain (apparently all the rage on TikTok 😂) , Touchland hand sanitizer, and Catholic scarf! All these can be removed to customize the bag however you’d like!!!

If you’re free the Fall Fest is always a lot of fun and another great way to support and donate to our school! 💙🤍

BUST Breast Cancer 2025 was a blast!!

Wonderful representation of bras from Cenla!! Two of our Pilates ladies also had bras in the event!! 👏🏻👏🏻 Sonji Joell Chinagozi Bridgett Foreman.. We had a total of 6 from Alexandria! Karen J. Coor you’re doing amazing things for our community!

OLS community homes painted bras , I teach this group pilates every week and It was awesome to see their personalities and creativity In their bras!

We had a great night raising money for Women’s Hospital and celebrate our survivors Karen and Angie before dancing the night away to the Mixed Nuts!!

Cannot wait for next year! 🩷🩷

Just what I needed on this rainy Tuesday afternoon!

There are bras from all across the state helping to raise money for the BUST Breast Cancer event! You should take a look at some of these, they are quite creative and unique!

I want to thank everyone for donating and voting! It means so much to me and my small business that we are able to do this! Some of these bras are made by HUGE companies in our state, so the fact we are hanging with them speaks volumes of our patients and clients! THANK YOU!!!

Please consider donating to the BUST Breast Cancer campaign for 2025!!

Did you know that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime!?!?? The statistics are just too high.. As a physical therapist and pilates instructor who treats predominately WOMAN this number is astonishing! Early detection is KEY as well as offering to ALL WOMEN no matter what! (this doesn't just mean payer source) There is a laundry list of reasons WOMEN are turned away or denied from life saving screenings and diagnostic care that prevents early detection of this cancer!! So if you feel led, help me out to do just a SMALL part for such a BIG cause!

June is Scoliosis Awareness Month!

Did you know that Scoliosis affects 1 in 40 children and 1 in 3 adults?!? Many go undiagnosed for years until pain and discomfort is felt or physical posture changes are seen!

Most parents “miss it” b/c whose kid really lets their parent see them without clothes during those adolescent years unless they’re swimming?!? (Summer is your chance parents 🏊)
