Not all tummy tucks are the same, and choosing the right one depends on your anatomy and goals.

There are two main types: a complete tummy tuck and a partial (mini) tummy tuck. A complete tummy tuck addresses the entire abdomen. It allows for muscle tightening above and below the belly button and removes excess skin throughout the area, often with repositioning of the belly button for a natural-looking result.

A mini tummy tuck is less extensive. It focuses only on the area below the belly button, uses a smaller incision, and doesn’t require moving the belly button. It’s a great option, but only if your anatomy allows for it.

The decision isn’t about choosing the smaller scar. It’s about choosing the procedure that will actually achieve the result you’re hoping for. During consultation, we look carefully at muscle separation, skin laxity, and overall contour to determine the right approach.

One of the most important things to remember after lip filler? Swelling is completely normal, especially in the first 24–72 hours. Lips have a rich blood supply, so they tend to swell more than other areas.

Immediate results are exciting, but patience is part of the process!

Breast reduction is one of the procedures where patients often feel a difference almost immediately. Removing that excess weight and reshaping the breast can improve balance and comfort right away. But it’s important to remember that what you see in the early stages isn’t the final result. Swelling will gradually resolve, and the breasts will settle into their long-term shape over the next several weeks to months. 👍🏻

When people hear that they need to stop smoking before surgery, it can sound like just another rule. In reality, it’s one of the most important steps you can take to protect your results. 🚭

Ni****ne affects how well your body heals. It interferes with blood flow, slows recovery, and increases the risk of complications that can impact both safety and final outcomes. Surgery already puts stress on the body, and adding ni****ne into the mix makes healing harder than it needs to be.

Taking a break from smoking before and after surgery isn’t about judgment. It’s about giving your body the best possible chance to heal well and get the result you’re hoping for. Planning ahead and having honest conversations about habits like smoking are part of doing surgery the right way.
