For breast lift, there are different incision options depending on your anatomy and the amount of lift needed.

For mild sagging, an incision just around the ar**la (periar**lar) may be enough. For moderate ptosis, a vertical incision allows more reshaping. And for more significant sagging, an anchor incision gives us the most ability to lift and contour.
