Dr. Buenaventura is a highly skilled plastic surgeon who specializes in breast cancer reconstruction, as well as cosmetic procedures such as breast augmentation/enhancement, facelifts, eyelid rejuvenation, breast reduction, liposuction using the latest body jet technology, tummy tucks, and more. We also offer non-surgical treatments including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Restylane, Juvederm, Perlane, Radiesse, microdermabrasion, and Thermage. Our office is conveniently located in Northern Virginia and is easily accessed from DC, Maryland, and southern Virginia. The facility is fully accrediated by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc. (AAAASF), offering patients the comfort and privacy of out-patient surgery within our office. Dr. Buenaventura is also the Chief of Plastic Surgery at INOVA Alexandria Hospital where many procedures are also performed. Dr. Buenaventura has an extensive education background, starting with a B.A. of Chemistry at University of Virginia, Master of Science Toxicology at The George Washington University, Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from The Medical College of Virginia, general surgery residency at Yale, and finally plastic and reconstructive Followship at the University of North Carolina.

Dr. Susan Buenaventura, M.D., F.A.C.S. has been in practice for nearly 23 years, practicing as the sole surgeon at the Sendi Cosmetic Surgery Center, Inc. for the past 13 years. As of 2014, Anne Littman, our Physician Assistant, joined our team to enhance availability and skin focused services in the office. Dr. Buenaventura is a highly skilled plastic surgeon who specializes in breast cancer reconstruction, as well as cosmetic procedures such as breast augmentation/enhancement, facelifts, eyelid rejuvenation, breast reduction, liposuction using the latest body jet technology, tummy tucks, and more. Both Dr. Buenaventura, and Anne Littman Pa-C offer non-surgical treatments including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Restylane, Juvederm, Perlane, Radiesse, vaginal tissue therapy with diVa, laser resurfacing, and broad band light treatments for sun spots, redness, and skin laxity. Non-surgical body contouring is also available with personalized provider led Coolsculpting. Our office is conveniently located in Northern Virginia and is easily accessed from DC, Maryland, and southern Virginia. The facility is fully accrediated by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc. (AAAASF), offering patients the comfort and privacy of out-patient surgery within our office.
