Is Today Your Pay Day?

Abundance Is More Than Money

Did your household prepare collard greens and black-eyed peas to welcome the new year?

I did.
So did my mom and my aunts.
And so did so many friends I’ve met from different parts of the U.S.

It’s a cultural tradition of prosperity, grounding, and continuity.. something my grandmother used to do faithfully. A quiet way our elders spoke abundance over the year before it even began.

Black-eyed peas have long symbolized wealth, protection, and provision nourishment that carries the prayer of “we will have enough.”
Collard greens, with their deep green color and sturdy leaves, represent endurance, steady growth, and rooted prosperity.

This year, we are choosing to keep that energy moving beyond the table and into the body.

Across many ancestral traditions, movement has always been a way to honor life, give thanks, and call in provision. Our ancestors danced for rain when the earth was dry and for harvest when the people needed sustenance. They moved with their bodies .. hips, feet, breath, and heart .. expressing gratitude and expectation at the same time.

This Sunday, we return to that remembrance through movement.

We will gather in circle and move the body with intention.
We will dance abundance ..not as performance, but as practice.
Not asking, but affirming and activating.

Cooking was the intention.
Movement becomes the continuation.

This class is womb-centered, grounded, and welcoming.
A space to stay present with the body.
A space to move gratitude and expectation together.

Each person is invited to bring a coin or a dollar not as payment, but as a symbolic gesture of circulation and intention. Together, we acknowledge that abundance flows, multiplies, and returns.

🌿 Supporting the Energy of Abundance with Essential Oils

Essential oils can gently support grounding, clarity, and openness as we move into the year.

Frankincense – clarity, steadiness, intention
Patchouli – grounding, stability, rooted energy
Sweet Orange – joy, circulation, openness
Bergamot – emotional balance and optimism
Cinnamon (used lightly) – warmth, motivation, forward movement

A drop on the wrists, the soles of the feet, or in a diffuser is enough.
Soft presence over intensity.

I’ll have these in class on Sunday to share with you.

🌿 21 Days Raw

Yup, I began 21 Days 100% Raw on Monday as a practice of listening, clearing, and returning to simplicity. This isn’t about changing the body’s size or pursuing weight loss. Bodies release what they need to release in their own timing.

This practice is really about circulation, clarity, digestion, inflammation reduction, hydration, and nervous system support.

Some bodies rest.
Some bodies regulate.
Some bodies simply exhale.

I’m holding space. Support can look like check-ins, shared nourishment ideas, gentle accountability, or simply moving with intention together.

No pressure.
No perfection.
Just presence and care.

Todays Affirmation
Abundance is the flow of life toward me, not something I chase or earn

Sis, Not You Feeding Your Divine Womb Pesticides

Peace beautiful sis. Let’s talk about something real quick that nobody likes to talk about but everybody needs to hear. The agricultural industry is out here spraying millions and millions of pounds of antibiotic and antifungal pesticides on the food we eat. Baby, they are misting your spinach like it’s body spray.

And the wild part is half of these chemicals are banned in other countries but still fully legal right here in the U.S. The girls overseas said absolutely not. Meanwhile, America said sprinkle a little more, the lettuce looks dry.

Over time these chemicals disrupt hormones, mess with gut health, weaken the immune system, and most importantly, they irritate the feminine energy temple that is your womb. Your womb does not like drama and she does not like toxins. She likes nourishment, warmth, softness, and vibes.

Clean food puts your womb in alignment. Pesticides make her ask you one question sis… why would you play in my face like that.

Your womb wants nourishment, not pesticides. She wants to be treated like the sacred divine vessel she is. And this season, sis… she deserves nothing but whole, clean, soft, loving energy.

Here’s the thing sis… eating local and organic whenever you can is not just a “healthy girl aesthetic.” It is womb protection. Every fresh fruit you bless your body with, every organic leafy green you throw in your bowl, every organic herbal infusion you sip is basically a love note to your womb and nervous system.

Small shifts make big changes. Your womb doesn’t need perfection, she needs intention.

And baby, when you start eating cleaner, your hormones get more balanced, your skin starts glowing, your sleep gets better, your mood softens, your sensuality grows, and the womb starts humming like she just finished....

Because let's be honest. A nourished womb is a sensual womb.

And since I know you’re about that divine feminine lifestyle, here are some Black owned local farms in DC, Maryland, and Virginia where you can get pesticide-free produce while supporting our people.

Yes sis, we eating conscious and circulating that Black dollar.

Three Part Harmony Farm

The Farm at Kelly Miller
Washington DC
Black community farm right in NE DC. Real food. Real farmers. Real energy.

BLISS Meadows
Baltimore MD
Black led farm, sanctuary, land restoration project. When you buy from here, the ancestors high five you.

CEED Urban Farm
Baltimore MD

Agriberry Farm
Hanover VA

Tricycle Urban Farm
Richmond VA
Black growers and community-led agriculture. Fresh produce, youth training, and the vibe is immaculate.

Buy from local pesticide free farms like your womb depends on it… because sis, she actually does.

Todays Affirmation
I honor my body. I nourish my womb. I choose better because I deserve better.

The Afrikan Return 🇹🇿
We are not traveling.
We are remembering🙏🏽

I love taking my people back to the East parts of Afrika at cost.
Not for profit. Not for spectacle.

So we can remember without barriers.
So access to Afrika is not reserved for the few.
So healing is not priced out of our reach.

Tanzania is not a destination it is a doorway.
A remembering of breath, land, lineage, and time before forgetting.

This is a return to what our bodies already know.
To walk where memory lives in the soil.
To listen where the ancestors never left.

The 5-City 2025 Tanzania Holistic Experience was an activation they will always remember.🙏🏽🫶🏽

You Can’t Be Outside and Exhausted Sis

Your Womb Needs Sleep Not Stress and Shenanigans

Peace beautiful sis. Are you getting enough sleep? Sleep is not just rest. For women, especially Black women carrying the weight of generations, sleep is a spiritual reset. It is the moment the womb unwinds, the hormones recalibrate, and the feminine energy returns to its natural rhythm. When sleep is broken, the feminine body moves out of alignment.

The womb becomes tense, the emotions become sharp, and intuition becomes harder to hear. Exhaustion is not just physical; it is spiritual.

Lack of Sleep impacts the Feminine Body
When a woman is not sleeping deeply
Her womb tightens and holds emotional residue
Her hormones become reactive and stressed
Her creativity slows
Her sensuality dims
Her patience shortens
Her intuition becomes muffled
Her nervous system stays in survival mode instead of receiving mode

In womb wisdom traditions, restful sleep is one of the most sacred feminine medicines. It restores softness. It reopens the heart. It brings the body back into sensual flow.

Here are some sensual womb-centered practices to call your feminine energy back into harmony each night

Breast and Womb Massage
Gentle circular movements on the breasts and lower belly release oxytocin, calm the nervous system, and invite the body into a receptive state.

Warm Bath with Ylang Ylang or Lavender
Warmth + fragrance = womb relaxation. Ylang Ylang softens emotional tension. Lavender quiets the mind.

Journaling Your Release
Write down what you are not carrying into tomorrow. The womb rests easier when nothing is bottled up inside.

Slow Hip Rotations
Before bed, rotate the hips in slow circles. This activates the sacral chakra, increases sensual flow, and signals the body it is time to wind down.

Essential Oils for Sensual Sleep
Use these in a diffuser, on your pillow, or mixed with a carrier oil for womb or breast massage.

Lavender
Calms the mind and releases physical tension

Ylang Ylang
Awakens sensuality while softening anxiety

Clary Sage
Balances feminine hormones and invites emotional ease

Frankincense
Deepens breathing and quiets mental chatter

Roman Chamomile
Brings the nervous system into a gentle surrender

Herbs That Support Deep Rest
These herbs nourish the womb, calm the spirit, and support hormonal balance for women

Passionflower
Relaxing, reduces nighttime anxiety, and eases circular thinking

Chamomile
Softens the heart, reduces irritability, and relaxes the womb space

Lemon Balm
Calms the nervous system and reduces restlessness

Valerian Root
Deep sedative support for difficult nights

Mugwort
Used in womb traditions to enhance spiritual dreams and intuitive clarity

Holy Basil
Balances stress hormones and brings peace to the heart

Tai Chi for the Divine Feminine
Tai chi remains one of the most powerful forms of nighttime medicine. Its gentle waves of movement mimic the flow of feminine energy. It strengthens the womb, calms the heart, and draws the mind back into stillness. Practiced regularly, it prepares the body for deep, sensual sleep. I'm taking a class on Sundays at Dragon Academy in Lanham, MD and I'm absolutely loving it.

Affirmation for Restoration
Tonight I soften. Tonight I surrender. Tonight my womb, my spirit, and my feminine energy return to harmony.

Thank you for being part of this healing community. May this season bring you nourishment, warmth, balance, and the courage to continue choosing yourself. If you want personalized womb steam blends, nutritional guidance, or deeper emotional wellness support, I am here for you beginning January 5, 2026 .

Sis, Not You Releasing Weight and Losing Nutrients Too

Peace beautiful sis. Come on in and let’s talk real woman to woman. May your womb be warm, your mind clear, and your spirit sitting pretty in truth. We’re all out here exploring different healing paths, trying new things, watching what works and what absolutely does not. And babyyyy these bodies of ours stay talking. The womb will snitch on you quick if something is off.

This month, we’re diving into nourishment, weight release, and protecting that sacred feminine vessel that holds your intuition, your sensual magic, and your creative power. Because listen… a lot of our sisters are on Ozempic and other GLP1s right now, and yes the waist is snatched, the clothes are falling off, and the selfies are hitting. But here’s the part they don’t tell you.

When you stop taking it, most women gain the weight back fast and sometimes even more than before. Studies are showing folks regain almost two thirds of what they lost within a year, and some are heavier than when they started. And baby that’s because the medicine never fixed the root. It just muted the appetite.

So let’s talk about how to stay nourished, balanced, and womb-aligned whether you’re on the pen or not. Because your feminine energy deserves more than being cute on the outside and depleted on the inside.

Sis, here’s what most folks never tell you about these GLP1 meds. When the appetite drops, the nourishment drops right along with it. And your body is way too divine to run on fumes.

When you’re not eating enough real nutrients, your system starts shifting out of balance. Your energy dips. Your glow fades. Your focus gets shaky. Your mood gets snappy for no reason. And your sleep? Baby, she will pack her bags and leave.

What’s wild is that people think these changes are just the medicine doing its thing. But no sis, these are the signs your body is waving a red flag saying
Feed me
Protect me
Support me
Listen to me

And because we as Black women carry so much, our bodies feel these imbalances even deeper. Our wombs tighten. Our hormones start tap dancing. Our nervous system gets overstimulated. And suddenly the “weight loss journey” doesn’t even feel good anymore.

Your body is not meant to be starved for the sake of being snatched. She wants to be nourished, grounded, and held.

Studies show that one in five people on GLP1 medicines become nutrient deficient within the first year. And sis, your womb will feel that depletion before the rest of your body catches on. The womb is a center of vitality, emotional intelligence, sensual power, and spiritual intuition. When she isn’t nourished, everything feels off.

To protect your feminine energy, your hormones, and your emotional balance, your entire body must be fed with real, grounding nourishment. If you are using GLP1 medicines or if your appetite is shifting, please stay intentional about what you put into your body. Protein, vitamin D, calcium, electrolytes, and omega 3s help keep your system warm, balanced, and receptive to healing. These nutrients are the difference between feeling snatched and feeling secure.

And we also need to be honest sis, with several class action lawsuits rising around Ozempic and other GLP1 medications, this is not the time to move blindly. This is the time to honor your intuition, listen to your body, and choose what supports your long-term wellness. Everything that makes you smaller is not making you healthier.

You deserve to feel nourished, grounded, safe, and aligned. Your womb deserves that level of care. Always choose the path that honors your sacred feminine energy.

Here are a few natural supports that help release weight gently while protecting your womb’s energy.

Moringa
A nutrient-dense plant that boosts metabolism, nourishes the blood, reduces inflammation, and supports weight release while preventing nutrient depletion. Moringa is excellent for women on GLP1s because it replenishes vitamins and minerals the body may lose.

Chia Seeds
Chia seeds are small but powerful. When soaked, they expand and create a gel that balances blood sugar and slows digestion. They help you feel full without robbing the body of nutrients. For the womb, chia seeds deliver omega 3s that calm inflammation and fiber that helps the body eliminate excess hormones.

Berberine
Berberine is a plant-based metabolic support often called nature’s metformin. It helps regulate blood sugar, ease inflammation, and support weight release. For womb wellness, berberine assists the liver in detoxifying hormones, keeping your cycle and emotional balance steady. It works slowly, gently, and respectfully with the body.

Ginger
Enhances circulation, awakens digestive fire, and supports the body in breaking down food more efficiently. Ginger warms the womb and helps release stagnant energy that slows metabolism.

Rosemary
Clears stagnation, uplifts the womb’s energy, and supports metabolic flow. Rosemary is a gentle stimulant that helps the body process fats more effectively.

Dandelion Leaf
Supports liver detoxification and hormonal balance. A balanced liver is essential for natural weight release because it regulates the hormones that control hunger, fullness, and fat storage.

Lemongrass
Releases heaviness from the emotional body and invites clarity. Lemongrass supports digestion, reduces bloating, and helps the body let go of excess water weight.

Red Raspberry Leaf
Strengthens and tones the womb. While not a weight-loss herb on its own, it helps stabilize the reproductive system, making it easier for the body to maintain balance during a weight release journey.

Ceylon Cinnamon (Most grocery store cinnamon is Cassia cinnamon,)
Helps regulate blood sugar, reduce cravings, and warm the womb. Stable blood sugar prevents overeating and supports smooth, sustained weight release.

Green Tea
Contains gentle natural stimulants and antioxidants that support fat metabolism. Green tea helps the body burn energy more efficiently without overstimulation.

Affirmation for This Season
My womb is nourished, my spirit is steady, and I release all energy, weight, and patterns that no longer serve my highest good.

Thank you for being part of this healing community. May this season bring you nourishment, warmth, balance, and the courage to continue choosing yourself. If you want personalized womb steam blends, nutritional guidance, or deeper emotional wellness support, I am here for you beginning January 5, 2026 .

Peace Beautiful Family,

I’ve been thinking about you all and truly miss being of holistic service to you. I pray you’re well, aligned, and moving gently through this season.

This Sunday, Nov. 16th at 1:11pm I will be teaching a slow whine Bellydance class as a fundraiser for my community in Jamaica, the Roaring River community in Shrewsbury, Westmoreland.

My spirit is moving through a heavy moment, but I’m showing up to teach because I know this offering is spirit guided and needed. Right now, I’m not seeing any clients my priority is uplifting and empowering my community in Jamaica as they rebuild.

Many of you have received herbs from my Jamaica yard, and it breaks my spirit to share that all of my trees and animals are gone. Still, my mission remains the same: to feed, clothe, and support my neighbors especially our elders and children who are still without water, food, and electricity.

I’m currently collecting essential items to ship on Tuesday, Nov. 18th, packed into 55-gallon barrels, if you would like to donate you can bring items to dance class, the fundraiser a E-Life or I've arranged barrels in the DMV.

Items Needed Include:

• Paper goods
• Black children’s books
• Tissue, wipes, and cleaning supplies
• Solar-powered lights/ solar cell phone chargers
• Natural mosquito repellent
• Tarps
• Diapers (all sizes)
• Boys’ new summer clothing (all sizes)
• Baby girl new summer clothing (all sizes)
• First aid and hygiene kits, sanitary napkins
• Sturdy work gloves

A few of my community sisters are hosting a fundraising fête (Jamaican party) this weekend to support the Westmorland, Roaring River community. It will be held Nov. 15th at E-Life Vegan Restaurant on Central Ave. in Largo, Maryland, from 9pm–1am.
If you aren’t doing anything, feel free to come through, vibe with us, and bring a donation to go in the barrel.

And if you can’t make it out, you can still support by clicking the link even one dollar can help someone with no food right now.

I know it’s been a season of transition for many people in the U.S right now, but these energetic shifts are clearing space for deeper clarity and many bigger blessings.

Thank you for allowing me to be of service to you throughout the years and for holding space for me during this time.

With love,
Sis. Mayasa
