My top 5 Desert Island must have natural products- on the go ...

1-Po Chai Tea Pills-supports digestion. From food poisoning to over indulgence. It comes in these great little bottles and are basically the best hands down herbal if you are traveling or get car sick. This week my youngest shared his stomach bug with myself and his father-and we ran out! So I ordered more and they just arrived.

2-Doterra OnGuard pearls-these are my go to daily supplements for preventing and shortening common colds and viruses. I take it when exposed or feel that little tickle in the back of my throat.

3-tiger balm this is the white version, so it doesn't stain. I use it to treat neck or muscle sprain, keep my sinuses open and clear during a cold, if I feel a headache coming on just a dab on my temples and the back of the head usually does the trick and its great to rid my sneakers from stinking up the close too!

4-Peppermint Doterra pearls - fresh breath, reduces nausea or upset stomach, and clears a sleepy head while driving. It's also great for headaches, stuffy noses, and so much more.

5-Honest Company Multipurpose Balm - It is so healing and the perfect weight for dry skin, diaper rashes, dry winter noses, itchy skin, and in a pinch to help heal scratches. I can attest to using this on all ages, and it is especially good for creating a barrier without clogging pores, which I need as someone who has eczema on my hands.

This is my must have list at all times. There are more of course, but today I thought I would share these. We are officially into summer-time stomach bugs vs. upper respiratory bugs, and this list saved my kiddo today with peppermint pearls on his wrists to keep him from being car sick on the way to the doctor's appointment. And that is so very helpful!
