We have some exciting news! As of 07/01/2024 we will be a part of Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital. Our address and phone/fax number will stay the same. Our new name will be Christus Trinity Clinic Cardiology. We will still have the same staff and providers here to service your needs. Letters have gone out to all patients this week. ❤️
