What does a day at Cherry Blossom PACE look like? It looks a lot like support, connection, and peace of mind.

Participants enjoy a mix of medical care, therapy, social activities, and a nutritious meal, all coordinated by one care team that works together to support the whole person. Transportation is provided, and additional in-home support may be coordinated through the program when needed.

It’s a simpler, more connected approach to care designed to help older adults stay independent longer and feel supported every step of the way.

The PACE model has been helping older adults stay independent for more than 50 years.

Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) began in the 1970s as a community-based solution to help seniors receive medical care, daily support, and social connection without moving into a nursing home. Today, PACE is a nationally recognized model supported by Medicare and Medicaid.
