I will be 69 years of age in a week! Yeah! Except for various aches and pains, I feel pretty good. I am Blessed. Massage has been a godsend; it has been a form of healthcare(many health benefits). It has allowed me to practice dentistry for 43 years, i have been an athlete most of my life......both of which has lead to various body issues(pain, discomfort, and dysfunction). Initially I thought my therapists were only addressing muscles. As time passed, I saw shifts in the way I looked at things and my intuition became more engaged. I realized that I was on a journey. It was bringing me wisdom(I began seeing beyond the physical). We talk Mind, Body, Spirit. Bodywork of all types calm the Mind, work on the physical, and it's a connection to the Spirit. During the Fake Pandemic, massage therapists were prevented from practicing. I missed receiving a session for months, even afterwards there were many therapists who had been sufficiently scared to continue their practices. Only essential services were allowed for months, therefore the name of my practice. Massage is essential and should be considered a form of healthcare.
