Biostimulatory treatments continue to rise as one of the top aesthetic trends for 2026. Named by AAFPRS as one of the leading innovations in , these treatments support the body’s natural ability to regenerate collagen and elastin, offering results that enhance, rather than replace, natural structure. As highlighted by Marie Claire, this shift reflects a broader movement in aesthetic medicine toward treatments that work in harmony with the body’s own biology to deliver natural-looking, long-term results. As we reflect on his words and work, we are reminded of the responsibility we all share to lead with compassion, understanding, and purpose - today and every day.

Shared by Jennifer Parker Porter, MD - Full circle moment returning to Duke as a visiting professor to teach the residents about my philosophy on rhinoplasty and catch up with the Student National Medical Association (which I was a member of). I spent some of the most formative years of my life at Duke Med School —it’s where I built the foundation for 28 years in practice and where I met some of my closest friends, and husband!

Getting to share what I’ve learned with the next generation of surgeons was an honor.💙

Shared by Dr. Jason Azzi () - As I approach the halfway point of my  fellowship, I’ve found myself reflecting on just how much I’ve learned and how many new skills I’ve picked up over the past six months. I’m incredibly grateful for the mentorship I’ve received by  and , for the patients who have placed their trust in me, and for the opportunity to do what I genuinely love every day. I’m excited to see what the next (and final) six months will bring!

Shared by Dr. Natalie Krane () - 2025 was another whirlwind. Another dream. Beyond grateful.

2025 took me all over with some of the greatest people around. Panels and talks in New Orleans for COSM, Mexico City for SMRCPF, LA for AAFPRS (where I was also lucky enough to be awarded the Rising Star Award), DC for SUO, and to the University of Washington for an amazing course and Phoenix for ABOHNS Task Force.

I can’t wait to see where 2026 takes us!

Cheers to health, happiness, and abundance in 2026. 🥂
