Obituary for Glen Claude Broudy, Sr.
May 22, 1934 - November 18, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Glen Claude Broudy, Sr., who left us peacefully at the age of 91 at his residence in Alexandria, Louisiana. Glen is lovingly remembered for his remarkable contributions to family, community, and the arts.

A Memorial Service will begin promptly at 10:00 AM at The Citadel Church Alexandria located at 2111 Houston Street, Alexandria, LA 71301 followed by final committal rites with military honors at Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 3348 University Parkway, Leesville, Louisiana, at 1:30 PM.

Public viewing followed by the Wake service will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025, from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at the Congregational First Baptist Church, 215 Legion Drive, Marksville, Louisiana. It will be followed by the public viewing and visitation on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 10:00am at the same location. The funeral service will commence on the same day at 11:00am, and the final committal rites will be conducted at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Marksville, Louisiana at 12:30pm.

Kenneth Rax, age 84, passed peacefully at his residence on Monday, November 10, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.

A service celebrating a life well lived and a rest well earned will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, 2308 Houston Street, Alexandria, LA 71301 with viewing and visitation 1 hour prior to the service.

Kenneth will be laid to rest in the Alexandria Memorial Gardens immediately following the service.
