November is National Family Caregivers Month. As a PACE program, we celebrate the compassion and commitment of family caregivers who support their aging loved ones every day.

We’re here to help by managing medications, coordinating transportation, and setting up medical appointments, so caregivers can spend more time on what truly matters: being present and sharing meaningful moments.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time to honor strength, raise awareness, and support early detection. Breast cancer can affect anyone, no matter their gender. The American Cancer Society recommends that women 55+ get a mammogram every other year.

You can also take charge of your health with a simple Breast Self-Exam at home — it’s a helpful tool, but it doesn’t replace a mammogram. Find a step-by-step guide here:
