Hello! 👋🏽 My name is Jennifer Schwieters and I am a licensed massage therapist, owner, and soul operator of Rootz of Wellness Massage. Located in Alexandria, Minnesota.

As a much needed service in the community, my mission is devoted to providing professional quality massages with designed specific sessions based on individual needs. Originally from California, I moved and grew up in Minnesota. My love for helping others inspired me to pursue massage therapy training to help reach my goal. My practice will assist in the promotion of health & wellness benefits to receiving treatment where I provide therapies to aim to: *relieve pain* help heal injuries* reduce anxiety* improve circulation* reduce stress* increase relaxation* fosters sound sleep* boosts immune function* normalizes blood pressure* brightens mood & and aid in the general Rootz of Wellness of patients, promoting a sense of calm.
