Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates (soaked in warm water for 10 minutes)
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1️⃣ Drain the soaked dates and add them to a food processor.
2️⃣ Add shredded coconut, almond flour, melted coconut oil, and salt.
3️⃣ Pulse until a sticky dough forms.
4️⃣ Press the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined baking dish.
