One thing we might love almost as much as working with our amazing clients at Expand Psychology … is puppies!

Our team spent a cozy Fall afternoon with Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, meeting their adorable adoptable pups and supporting their mission to rehome thousands of dogs (and cats!) rescued from under-resourced communities. Nothing brings people together quite like wagging tails, good company, and leftover Halloween candy.

Thinking about adding a furry friend to your family before Winter? Reach out to Homeward Trails Animal Rescue in Fairfax Station!

Used to teach mindful breathing, it also represents how each of us rely on many different pieces and parts of our inner world to work in sync each day.
