Hello!
This is one of the few pictures I have of myself pregnant. Believe it or not, I still had a little over one month to go.
I am 5’3” and with this pregnancy I gained 50 pounds, maybe more. Prenatal massage was a life saver, I was exhausted and felt like my body needed extra love and attention.
Did you know I offer prenatal massage?
The past 9 months have brought more pregnant women to my practice than any other time in my 17+ years as a massage therapist. That they have placed their health, literally, in my hands continues to fill my heart with joy. It is a pleasure to watch them grow and to soothe their sore muscles. I am thankful their OB’s and midwives referred them to me and that their spouses, significant others encouraged this level of self care/ healthcare.
