Our Caregivers
Caregivers
Our caregivers provide a wide variety of services willingly with love and kindness. They are friendly, honest, loving and caring individuals also provide hourly and live in services from just an hour a day up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with No Minimum Hours required. Our care givers communicate effectively; have to have a minimum of 3 years of home care experience and also have CNA certification. We do face to face interview to get to know the candidates better. We check professional references and accept the 100% satisfaction, the care givers go through skills assessment test and must pass the test with a minimum "B" grade. We run the background check and screenings for all prospective caregivers, verify SSN, DMV and screenings for Drug and criminal checks. We have orientation program designed for newly hired caregivers and they will also be qualified for continuing in house training program to sharpening their skills.
