There are so many words we could use to describe how incredible last night’s concert was! Rapides Symphony Orchestra, THANK YOU, for hosting YPG for a night of Mozart and Mingle at your ‘Mozart’s Don Giovanni’ concert.

From the pre-concert mixer, to the PHENOMENAL sounds of the symphony and incredibly talented cast of singers… this night was far more than any of us could have imagined.

We cannot wait for the next YPG/RSO collaboration, but until then we will be singing the praises of this night for a long, long time.

🥂 Mixer kicks off at 6:30 PM — swing by anytime between 6:30–7:30
🎤 Quick welcome to YPG from the Symphony and one of their musicians at 7:00 PM
🎶 Performance begins at 7:30 PM

🎟 Your ticket will be waiting at Will Call, with reserved seating for YPG.
🖤 Dress code: We'd love everyone to wear black!

Last Friday and Saturday YPG members channeled their inner animal and volunteered at the Zoo! As we helped hang Christmas lights, clean windows, and did a little arts and crafts, we also got to know some of the staff and dedicated volunteers that spend many, many hours making the Alexandria Zoo a beautiful place to visit.

Zoria and Mr.Chuck - you have no idea the impact you both have made on this group of YPG-ers. Central Louisiana is SO lucky to have you!

Thank you, Alexandria Zoological Park, for making this volunteer experience one that we will talk about for a lifetime. We cannot wait to come back!

P.S. apparently you cannot hangout with the new baby jag OR the otters inside their habitats no matter how hard you try but it was still a great couple of days 😉
