⭐️ Dr. Curtis Lewis – Department Chair of Air Force JROTC at Bolton High School and Past Chairman of the Greater Alexandria Economic Development Authority.
Dr. Curtis Lewis is a decorated military officer, educator, and civic leader whose work has transformed both classrooms and communities. At Bolton High, he has led his Air Force JROTC program to its highest-ever national rating, while also modernizing curriculum and expanding career credential opportunities for students. As Chairman of GAEDA, Dr. Lewis championed strategic growth and investment throughout Central Louisiana, fostering economic development and opportunity. His career included leadership in public health, education, and nonprofit service - all guided by integrity and excellence. Dr. Lewis was a model of perseverance, professionalism, and purpose, representing the very best of Cenla’s next generation of leaders.
⭐️ Caitlin Billingsley – Chief Marketing Officer at Kinetix.
Caitlin is deeply invested in serving her community through both professional and personal volunteer efforts. As CMO of Kinetix, she has led award-winning marketing and tourism campaigns, including “Central Louisiana: The Real Easy,” which has brought new attention and energy to our region. Caitlin’s leadership extends far beyond her professional life - she is a member of the Rotary Club of Alexandria, serves on local event committees like Alex River Fête and Winter Fête, and volunteers at Buckeye Elementary. Known for her creativity and authenticity, she connects people, organizations, and ideas to help Central Louisiana thrive. Caitlin’s passion for service and ability to unite others around shared goals make her a driving force for progress across our community.
⭐️ Kel Bonton – Founder and Creative Director of Bonton Media.
Kel Bonton is a visionary storyteller and creative leader whose work has elevated both national brands and hometown institutions. As founder of Bonton Media, Kel has collaborated with organizations from the NBA and NFL to LSUA and the City of Alexandria, consistently producing work that blends creativity, purpose, and excellence. Beyond his professional achievements - including ten international Telly Awards—Kel is known for mentoring young creatives, speaking at schools, and investing in the next generation of leaders. His journey from first-generation college graduate to award-winning filmmaker embodies resilience, faith, and drive. Kel’s story reminds us that true success isn’t just about achievement - it’s about lifting others along the way.
⭐️ David Perry – President of DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations.
David Perry exemplifies innovation, leadership, and community spirit. As President of DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations, a Crest Industries company, David has led one of America’s largest substation manufacturers to record growth and national recognition - all while creating new opportunities for Louisiana’s workforce. A native of Deville, he also dedicates his time to coaching youth sports and volunteering in local schools, shaping both young minds and future leaders. Known for his humility and authenticity, David leads with purpose, investing in people as much as progress. His work proves that leadership rooted in integrity can strengthen both a company and an entire community.
