About the Owner, Amy Barnes-

I've been teaching, perfecting, and creating barre classes for over nine years and trained dozens of barre teachers in the DC metro area. I wanted to start my own studio to share my unique style of teaching, innovative choreography, and passion for the world of barre. My classes are like no other and will INSPIRE you, CHANGE you, and make you LOVE your body.
