Our theme for this month’s gong bath is ‘Resting in Gratitude.’ When we take some time to be bathed by the sound of the gong, the sounds provoke calmness, relaxation and peace. In that space, we can become more present to what we can be grateful to. Our practice will include some gentle movement, a short breath practice and an extended gong bath, PLUS an additional option of auricular acupuncture.

Ear Acupuncture (optional add on): This month we have a special guest, Dr. Lola Capps from Chrysalis Chiropractic in Del Ray Alexandria, to offer an optional add on of Auricular or Ear Acupuncture to your sound bath experience. The treatment for this gong bath consists of two small acupuncture needles placed in each ear which will activate the parasympathetic nervous system and relax the mind and body.

Simple in design but complex in all that it does for us. You want to be a runner 🏃- your spine is there for you. You want to be a rocket scientist 🚀- your spine is there for you.
