When Janet first stepped into Edgewood Alexandria, MN as a home care provider, she instantly felt warmth. That feeling stuck with her. So much so that she made a career change and joined the team... two years later she's still here, but with her mom too!

One month into her job, Janet knew Edgewood was where her mom, Jean, needed to be. Jean required more help than Janet could give alone, and Edgewood had shown itself to be a safe place full of compassion and Janet knew she'd be well cared for.

“It’s made such a difference in both our lives,” being able to see each other every day brings them joy. Plus, "I’ve had the support of the staff here every step of the way." That guidance through all the transitions has meant the world to me. “My heart is full,” she says. “I love my job.”
