The Physician & Midwife Collaborative Practice was born out of the notion that as medicine and technology advances, “care” should still be the foundation of providing medical care to women. We focus on providing compassion, education and support in tandem with the best medical course of action for the individual. By bringing together board-certified OB/GYNs and midwives, we are able to provide our patients with high-touch care in combination with the latest medical technology. This may translate to planning for a natural childbirth with a first-time mother or creating a comprehensive treatment plan, including exercise for a woman who is struggling with menopause. We also do our best to keep this level of care accessible, by offering multiple providers, four office locations, extensive office hours, and 24/7 on-site staff at Inova Alexandria Hospital. In order to respond efficiently and accurately to your needs, we also maintain electronic medical records and offer centralized support staff who can access your lab results and quickly set appointments. It’s a common belief that you’d know if you had an STI, but the truth is, many STIs don’t cause noticeable symptoms at all, especially in women.
Whether you’re in a new relationship, not in a mutually monogamous one, pregnant, or simply staying proactive about your health, feeling fine doesn’t always mean everything is fine. That’s why routine STI testing is one of the most effective ways to protect your health, your fertility, and your future.
Our providers offer compassionate, judgment-free care and routine STI testing to help you feel informed and supported every step of the way.

She’s dedicated to providing approachable, knowledgeable care that helps patients feel confident and informed at every visit.
When she’s off the clock, Meena enjoys cooking, traveling, long walks, and all things skincare - a balance of wellness inside and out.

Our providers are here to guide you through a healthy, supported prenatal journey, from your first appointment to delivery and beyond.

January is Cervical Health Awareness Month, a time to talk openly about prevention, early detection, and what happens after screening.
If you've received an abnormal Pap smear result, it's normal to feel worried, but abnormal results do NOT automatically mean cancer. In most cases, they simply mean follow-up care is needed.
We provide clear guidance, compassionate support, and personalized care. From understanding your results to follow-up testing and treatment when needed, if you have questions about your cervical health, we're here for you.
