Imaginarium Gallery Nonprofit DMV It is the one path we all must take on our own. What exactly do we hope our children will be able to accomplish as adults? What vision guides our work?

The Imaginarium Gallery cannot teach how to have an imagination—we can teach the skill of using the imagination as a tool for learning, studying, and building knowledge-wisdom-understanding. Every society in every ancient and modern age grapple with the question of what outcomes it hopes to produce in raising its young. How do we make that vision a reality for all children? How do we better harness what is known in the research, practice, and policy arenas to ensure that all youth have what they need to successfully meet the complex challenges of young adulthood? Preparing all youth for meaningful, productive futures requires coordinated efforts and intentional practices by adults across all the settings youth inhabit on a daily basis. To address these questions, the Imaginarium Gallery aims to build a common comprehension of developmental needs from childhood through adulthood and proposes a developmental framework for assistance toward building foundations for success. ❤️💛😘

RIP, Assata Shakur. She passed away yesterday in Havana, Cuba. She died free!

The U.S. government, after decades of pursuit, never got the satisfaction of putting her in a cage. They wanted her bound, broken, and paraded as an example, but instead, she slipped their grip and lived out her life in exile, surrounded by people who honored her struggle and her survival.

For racist white America, she was a fugitive. For us, she was a freedom fighter who refused to bow.

Assata leaves this world with her dignity intact, her story unbent, and her defiance ETERNAL. She was never theirs to claim. She belonged to history, to the people, and to the ongoing fight for liberation. And now, she belongs to the ancestors.

Ah yes the shooter who only targeted immigrants (which Kash Patel doesn't even mention) definitely used a sharpie to write "anti-ice" on a piece of evidence that the FBI Director decides to tweet out during an ongoing investigation 🙄

Kinda seems like the director of the FBI's new job is to justify a crackdown on an *organized,* "violent" left that does NOT exist.

It is not to solve crimes. That's why he's tweeting this out before any real investigation has happened.
