Meet Larry Rohde, Medfit Rehab/Plus' Post-Rehab Conditioning Specialist and Medical Exercise Specialist. With over three decades of experience, Larry specializes in rehabilitation and fitness at all levels.

We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at different times from:
5:30- 6:30 AM
7:45- 8:45 AM
9:00- 10:00 AM
10:00-3:00 Available classes as well as individual rehab patients
5:00- 6:00 PM
6:00- 7:00 PM

Tuesday and Thursday by appointment, with individual group or team's
5:00 AM to 7:00 PM

The wake will be Thursday 4PM-7PM at Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria

The funeral will be Friday 11AM at St Johns in Garfield
