We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at different times from:
5:30- 6:30 AM
7:45- 8:45 AM
9:00- 10:00 AM
10:00-3:00 Available classes as well as individual rehab patients
5:00- 6:00 PM
6:00- 7:00 PM

Tuesday and Thursday by appointment, with individual group or team's
5:00 AM to 7:00 PM
