Our amazing friends at are about to launch their pilot 5 week online Pregnancy & Delivery Recovery Program. They are pelvic health physical therapists and are offering a special introductory price of only $197 (price will at least triple after the pilot)

They will cover topics such as pelvic floor exercises, bowel and bladder health, how to help ease delivery and recovery from delivery from a pelvic floor perspective, body mechanics to decrease back pain and how to safely return to exercise in the postpartum period.

The class starts at June 15 and they have 5 slots left!

In honor of my, now virtual, presentation that I was invited to give this weekend for the Annual Symposium “You Mean Grandma Does What?! S*xuality and Aging” I’ll be flooding your feed with information about menopause. Most women spend 1/3 to 1/2 their lives in menopause yet it is often an afterthought in healthcare. Add in the subject of s*x, and even less women are having their concerns and questions addressed. Thankfully, I’m surrounded by inspiring like-minded healthcare practitioners who know how to do both and are just as passionate as I am! In my opinion, women shouldn’t need to see “specialists” like us, this is the care ALL women deserve. Until this type of care becomes the standard, I’ll continue to spread the word and continue educating so more and more women can live happy, healthy, and satisfying lives. *xandaging *xandmenopause

Our patients still deserve the best care whether it be in our beautiful office or in the comfort of your own home. Beyond the location of care, everything stays the same. Expert clinicians. Appointments still start on time and are not rushed as you will still have 60 to 90 minutes for your appointment. If you need labs, we can order them to a lab center near you. If you need a prescription, we can send it to your local, mail order or compound pharmacy. ⠀
