Dear Residents and Fellows,

Applications for AAO-HNS Committees are open until December 31st. Residents/fellows are voting members on nearly every committee within the organization. These range from sub-specialty specific (e.g., Head and Neck Surgery) to broader interest (e.g., Outcomes Research).

It's easy to get bogged down with rigors of training, but participation in committees has been, hand down, one of the best experiences for building a greater career within otolaryngology. Whether you're interested in ethics, policy, research, quality, or just more involvement in a sub-specialty, there is an opportunity for you. Committees are the perfect way to contribute, network, and learn (not to mention the addition to your CV).

Visit www.entnet.org/get-involved/committees for additional information and to view the committee application. If you have further questions about the committee process, email committees@entnet.org.

Happy Thanksgiving!
